1984 Defran Systems introduces Evolv-DOS to the child welfare sector of the human services industry. Evolv-DOS (a full-featured software product of its time) delivered full scale case management and billing functionality to an industry that classically operated in all paper environments.
1994 Defran Systems introduces Evolv-W (developed to take full advantage of Microsoft Windows®). Evolv-W becomes the first software product offering functionality for both out-of-home and in-home care settings.
1995 Defran Systems works closely with the New York State Department of Health/AIDS Institute to develop the Uniform Reporting System (URS). URS was designed to help with data collection and city, state, and federal reporting.
2000 Defran Systems introduces Evolv-CS (developed to take full advantage of web-based technology). Designed for multi-service, diverse organizations, Evolv-CS contains new and more detailed, enhanced features than its predecessors to answer the ever-changing, multi-faceted information technology needs and requirements of the Human Services Industry.
2002 Defran Systems works closely with the State of Connecticut, Department of Public Health to help them adopt The Uniform Reporting System (URS), which was originally developed for use by the New York State Department of Health/AIDS Institute.
2003 Defran Systems introduces Evolv-CS Hosting as a deployment option for organizations looking for a full featured out-sourced information management system.
2005 Defran Systems enters into a contractual agreement with New York State Department Of Health/AIDS Institute to migrate the Uniform Reporting System (URS) to a new platform. The new product is renamed the AIDS Institute Reporting System (AIRS).
2006 Defran Systems releases MyEvolv as a major addition to Evolv-CS. MyEvolv is a dashboard tool that can be easily customized to deliver functionality and data specific to any organization worker.
2007 Defran Systems releases Evolv-CS Mobile and Evolv-CS Front Desk. Evolv-CS Mobile offers extensive offline capabilities and easy Evolv-CS main database synchronization. Evolv-CS Front Desk is a full-featured scheduling tool, providing easy staff and client appointment management, enhancing the system's existing scheduling/calendaring/task management features. Defran Systems puts out a major Evolv-CS release after extensive functionality and integration testing with the new release of Microsoft SQL Server 2005. Microsoft SQL Server 2005 offers more robust database functionality, tighter application integration and enhanced reporting abilities through Microsoft Reporting Services.
