Each Defran Systems’ customer has access to our state-of-the-art, web-based Customer Support Tracking System. The Defran Systems Customer Support Tracking System provides our customers with:

  • Immediate access to our entire Customer Support Team, 24 hours/day, 7 days/week and 365 days/year (we strive for minimal response times).
  • An extensive Knowledge Base where customers can go to conduct research on Evolv-CS before placing a customer support request, learn new or refresh on not-frequently-used system functionality. The Knowledge Base also has an extensive (and growing) FAQ section.
  • An easy-to-use discussion area (on-line blog) where customers can collaborate, partner, pose questions to one another and discuss system usage and operational and infrastructure items.
  • A growing "downloads" area containing many "how-to" guides, training manuals and system documentation.
